I've been going to CE Optical for about 8 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. Fantastic care and always courteous and professional. If you have eyes, you should be going here because no one is going to take better care of them!

I had a great experience at C.E. Optical. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and caring. I get overwhelmed picking out glasses and he was reassuring and patient with me. I showed him the kind of frame I wanted and he was very helpful in finding me the perfect pair. I will certainly recommend this store and will be returning again!

My partner and his large extended family have gone to C.E. for decades. They even travel from other states to get their glasses from Gene and his son Craig. I have been very impressed and happy with their recommendations; their level of knowledge and service is world class. And they carry incredible brands. I just picked up my third pair and they are perfect for me.

Very helpful staff helped my husband and I find frames for our new glasses. They have a vast collection and it is great to explore. Just set up a an appointment to get in for their help. Very friendly people, picking up our glasses tomorrow, am so excited to check them out.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Top notch customer service! Gene is absolutely wonderful! I was a complete pain in the neck when I first got my contact lenses. I had a really hard time getting them in and out. Gene was SUPER patient with me! I have very small eyes and we had to go through multiple brands until we found one that worked for me. Gene's son, Craig, is stepping into the business and he is just as wonderful as his dad! Really cannot say enough great things about C.E. Optical. Please give them a try...you won't be disappointed!

I have been going to CE Optical since 1984! I moved to the Cape Cod area in 2003, but I still get new glasses there. I recently misplaced a pair of polarized, prescription sunglasses that I need for driving. I called Gene and was able to pick up a new pair just two days later!

They really know their stuff and the customer service can't be beat.

I've worn glasses for years and initially would mostly go to chains and never got the expertise C E offers. They are pros....from actually knowing if the provider gave me the wrong prescriptions (which happened once and they knew right away...called the provider and had it taken care of on the spot) having quality frames...they truly know not only quality but the fashion trends in eyewear...the frames they decide to carry are exceptional. I never looked good in any frames until I started going to C E Opticals and that is because they are so helpful and they have such a high standard.

I've been bringing my son to CE Optical for about seven years now and I have always been impressed with the wonderful service. When my son was younger, his glasses were constantly being mangled by a basketball, football or just being sat on. We would bring them back to Gene would would amazingly put them back into shape. And now that my son is older, Gene is patiently teaching him how to use contacts.

I would enthusiastically recommend CE Optical to anyone. And, yes, they do deserve six stars!

I agree...more than five stars! My daughter has needed glasses since she's been one year old. It's difficult to find quality glasses that fit well on a one year old but Gene was up to the task and found glasses which grew with her until she was four!

Recently, she's decided to take on acrobatics and broke her glasses. I brought them in and he swaped out her lenses into a new frame on the spot so that she would not be without well fitting glasses at school.

He's got a great selection and is very well priced. The best part of C E Optical is Gene...he's a great listener, an expert in his craft, and always aims to find you exactly what you're looking for at a great price!

Really outstanding customer service from the front desk, to eye check, to picking out a pair of glasses for the first time. Left feeling good and really like the improvement in my eyesight since.

The service here is spectacular. I have been going here for a few years now and I'm happy every time. Gene really knows what he's doing and he's very passionate and knowledgable. He knows what works and what doesn't and keeps up on all the glasses trends. They're all very patient there too- I'm way too indecisive about which frame to pick and they never made me felt rushed. I love it there.
